Dr. Stanley's Testimony
"I was saved when I was 13 years old. God called me to preach when I was 16. I attended Pensacola Christian College (PCC) and majored in Evangelism. While in college I oversaw a Bible club outreach ministry. While finishing my PhD. in Biblical Studies, the Lord led me to Eagle Heights Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri, where I served as Minister of Outreach for 5 1/2 years. God then called me to pastor, and led me to Faith Baptist Church in Selmer, Tennessee. At Faith, I served as senior pastor for 4 1/2 years. In that time, as a church, we saw 268 people come to know the Lord as their Savior. In October 2005 I went on a missions trip to Nepal and God called me to missions, specifically burdening my heart for England. Before my trip, our church had a missions conference in which a veteran missionary from England showed his presentation. It encouraged Gina- my wife- and I. In each place of ministry that God has led us, we have seen souls saved, and lives changed. We believe it will be the same in England. Please pray with us for God's bountiful blessing."
Deputation Ministry
While we were on deputation, we saw 46 people saved and numerous young people surrender for missions and full-time Christian service as life vocations. We are now in England and serving the Lord full-time with Congleton Baptist Church.
